Design headwear products from initial concept to finished product, including materials, colors, and technical specifications. Develop visual identities and collections tailored to specific target groups and streetwear cultures.
Responsibilities
- Design keps from idea to finished product â including shape, color, embroidery, material, and details
- Create design sketches, mockups, and technical specifications for production
- Develop concepts, collections, and visual expressions for different target audiences and niches
- Participate in building new brands or sub-brands within different styles and segments
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, suppliers, and production
- Follow and analyze trends in streetwear, sports, fashion, and culture
- Test and adjust prototypes for optimal fit, feel, and quality
Requirements
- Experience in product design within fashion, streetwear, accessories, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
- Ability to take an idea from concept to finished product â both creatively and technically
- Strong sense of color, form, details, and target audience-adapted design
- Interest in streetwear, branding, e-commerce, and trend-driven product development
- Understanding of how design, identity, and community work together in modern brands
