Lead end-to-end foundational and generative UX research projects across APAC markets to shape product strategy. Partner with leadership to translate complex user needs into actionable insights for voice-first and AI-driven experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Lead to align regional research objectives with broader marketing and product goals
- Lead the full lifecycle of 2–3 foundational research projects per quarter across key APAC markets
- Collaboratively prepare and package comprehensive research findings alongside the Lead to be shared with Marketing leadership
- Oversee end-to-end research logistics and vendor relationships under the guidance of the Lead
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in UX research with deep proficiency in executing qualitative research methods
- Proven ability to work seamlessly under the guidance of a strategic Lead while maintaining the operational independence required to execute complex research tasks end-to-end
- Hands-on experience researching human-AI interaction, natural language processing (NLP) interfaces, or multi-modal generative technology
- Experience conducting field research across diverse APAC markets, demonstrating a deep sensitivity to linguistic nuances and cultural variations in technology and AI adoption
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
