Lead Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of complex DSP workflows and scalable interaction patterns for a product-led advertising platform. Mentor a small team of product designers while collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex product and systems design, from early discovery and problem definition through to execution and iteration
- Bring clarity to complex product challenges, working closely with Product Management and Engineering
- Lead and elevate design practices, mentoring and supporting a growing team of Product Designers
- Drive consistency and scalability across the platform, establishing scalable patterns, shared component libraries, and consistent interaction models
Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring Product Designers
- Deep experience designing complex enterprise or B2B SaaS products
- Strong systems thinking and product design expertise
- Highly proficient in Figma and experienced building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs
- Experience with AI-supported workflows, prototyping tools, or front-end technologies is an asset

- Base salary range of $140,000 - $150,000
