Senior Product Designer, GenAI Ad Formats

Lead the design and execution of AI-powered ad consumer experiences and GenAI-powered pipelines across various Netflix surfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design principles for personalized, adaptive ad formats while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of Netflix's ads consumer experiences across a variety of surfaces, using AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration
- Build and contribute to GenAI-powered pipelines that scale creative fulfillment and personalization across all ad formats
- Identify, research, and drive the future of our ads experiences strategy, leveraging AI-powered insights and experimentation to inform decisions
- Design and enable an industry-leading advertising privacy and regulatory experience for Netflix members
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in the consumer product space
- A rich portfolio that showcases proven experience at the intersection of advertising, TV, and/or streaming
- Demonstrated fluency with AI-native design practices
- Experience working on privacy and regulatory experiences
- A passionate energy for great design and a genuine curiosity about how AI is evolving the craft
