Senior Product Designer, Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager

The Senior Product Designer will create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to integrate Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager. They will act as a user advocate, conducting research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve design systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs with input from the product team to achieve the desired customer experience
• Act as the user advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers, architects, and software engineers
• Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing to validate assumptions, uncover insights, and inform design decisions
• Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience using current best practices, design thinking, and user research
• Collaborate with product managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to incorporate specific design requirements, visual treatment, and content structure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college
• 5+ years relevant design experience working with a product team
• Experience working on the design and creation of complex workflows, atomic-based design systems, and/or deep websites
• The ability to conduct, interpret, and act on user research
• Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma
