Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered consumer booking experiences and complex staff-side administrative tools. Build and maintain the company's design system while mentoring the design team to raise overall craft standards.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end design across staff-side admin tools, consumer-facing booking and registration experiences, and the design system
- Leading the design of AI-powered product features
- Building and stewarding Rec's design system
- Partnering tightly with Product and Engineering
- Leading user research and testing
Requirements
- 10+ years designing products, with meaningful depth in both consumer-facing and complex operational/admin tools
- Experience designing AI-powered features
- Systems thinking
- Strong ownership instincts
- Natural collaborator and informal leader
