Senior Product Designer, Ads

Lead the end-to-end design process for Discord's ads products, specifically focusing on 'Quests' to drive revenue generation. Partner with cross-functional squads to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while maintaining the design pattern library.
Responsibilities
- Embedding within a product squad and partnering with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists
- Understanding company and team goals focused on revenue generation
- Presenting designs to the team and the greater organization
- Creating wire-frames, mockups, prototypes, and implementing designs
- Testing, learning, and iterating on designs
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing and shipping a web/app product
- Direct experience in combining business acumen, systems thinking, and design craft
- Experience as a design lead for a squad, feature, initiative, or end-to-end project
- Strong product thinking and vision
- Expert level experience with Figma
