Design intuitive user experiences for Adobe Stock by integrating Generative AI tools and creating interaction frameworks for AI workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define compelling customer experiences and advocate for user needs through data and research.
Responsibilities
- Product Design — Design simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences, enhanced by machine learning and generative AI
- Systems Thinking — Design interaction frameworks for multi-step, tool-using AI workflows
- Rapid Prototyping — Quickly visualize and prototype ideas using sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, vibe coding, or animations
- Collaborate Proactively — Reach out to work closely with designers, prototypers, engineers, product managers, and researchers
- Advocate for the User — Use customer feedback, research insights, and data analytics to discover unexpected insights and gain a deeper understanding of users' goals, workflows, and creative process
Requirements
- 8-10 years of equivalent experience in product, systems, or interaction design
- Experience with prototyping tools like Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor
- Comfort prototyping in code, with the ability to contribute to production implementations alongside engineering teams
- A history of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation through implementation
- Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking
