Senior Product Designer, Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager

The Senior Product Designer will create user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes to integrate Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager. They will act as a user advocate, conducting research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve design systems and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs with input from the product team to achieve the desired customer experience
• Act as the user advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers, architects, and software engineers
• Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing to validate assumptions, uncover insights, and inform design decisions
• Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience using current best practices, design thinking, and user research

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience working with a product team
• Experience working on the design and creation of complex workflows, atomic based design systems, and/or deep websites
• The ability to conduct, interpret, and act on user research
• Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma
• Effective communicator with the ability to understand and clarify requirements, design decisions, and stakeholder feedback
