Lead the design vision and strategy for major product areas, driving 0 to 1 initiatives and evolving a unified design system. Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences and mentor other designers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design vision for major product areas, aligning closely with Product and Engineering leadership
  • Lead early-stage, ambiguous problem spaces by framing opportunities, defining foundational systems, and shaping first iterations of new experiences
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, advocating for best product practices and ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
  • Design and evolve a unified design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across all platforms and products

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional product design experience
  • Mastery of UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking
  • Prototyping skills and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
  • Strategic mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Leadership presence and exceptional communication and storytelling skills
