Senior Brand & Product Designer

The role involves designing and evolving scalable brand systems and marketing collateral to communicate complex technical ideas. Additionally, the designer will create intuitive user interfaces and maintain design systems for product development.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable brand systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across teams and touchpoints
- Design pitch decks, executive presentations, and proposals that win business and communicate complex ideas with clarity
- Design user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetic excellence
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and pattern documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, with demonstrated range across brand, marketing, and product/UX work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across branding, marketing collateral, and UX/product design
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
