Graphic Designer

The role involves conceptualizing and executing marketing materials and branding standards for various clients and internal teams. Additionally, the designer is responsible for product photography, video production, and preparing precise production-ready artwork.
Responsibilities
- Being the "go-to" person for branding and design standards
- Conceptualizing and executing designs for a variety of marketing materials
- Tackling product photography, in-use image photography, and informational video production
- Understanding brand standards and product messaging for multiple companies
- Creating proofs for production artwork for customers/clients and assisting in managing the production pipeline
- Juggling multiple projects and remaining flexible throughout multiple rounds of feedback
- Precisely preparing all design files for final production, delivery, and archive
- Maintaining excellent organization of files and assets
- Proofreading and double-checking all work to ensure accuracy & quality
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Salesforce
- Basic understanding of current AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Adobe AI services
- Sense of urgency with simultaneous attention to detail
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Familiarity with Monday.com for production schedule management
- Familiarity with Dropbox and One Drive for file management
- BA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3-5 years of experience with a strong graphic design portfolio
