Staff Product Designer, Design Systems

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll own the vision and evolution of Clio's design system, driving frameworks, patterns, and standards for product experiences. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to define experience strategy and success metrics based on customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and evolution of Clio's design system
- Drive the frameworks, patterns, and standards that define how Clio designs agentic product experiences
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to set vision, raise the quality bar, and elevate other designers
- Lead end-to-end design across multi-surface journeys
- Shape a compelling long-term experience vision for your problem space
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Design experience
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Proven ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments
- Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives and delivering cohesive solutions
- Strong product judgment and business acumen
