UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across all digital platforms. This includes conducting user research, designing layouts, ensuring usability, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences
- Design and layout digital platforms, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Ensure digital platforms are intuitive, accessible, and optimized for user engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, and developers
- Maintain design standards, including style guides and design systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience Design or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Miro and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components
- Strong grasp of usability principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects
- Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
