Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design Ownership: Own the complete design lifecycle—from problem discovery and user flows to final visual execution and delivery
- Consumer-Centric Experience Design: Design seamless, visually engaging, and highly intuitive experiences for consumer-facing mobile applications
- Design Expertise Innovation, Gamification & Engagement: Conceptualize and implement gamified experiences, reward systems, and micro-interactions that increase user engagement and retention
- User Research & Insight-Driven Design: Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, and Analytics teams to understand customer behaviors, motivations, and pain points
- Prototyping & Visual Craft: Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and modern design tools
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design seamless, visually engaging, and highly intuitive experiences for consumer-facing mobile applications
- Experience in driving projects independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
- Ability to translate product and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and impactful design solutions
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered approach
