Graphic Designer

The role serves as the Brand Champion, managing brand alignment and producing marketing collateral, brochures, and interactive presentations. Responsibilities include designing award submissions, website graphics, social media content, and supporting the Business Development team with RFP/RFQ packages.
Responsibilities
- Carry assignments from concept through production, including marketing collateral, brochures, booklets, interactive presentations and templates
- Design signage, environmental graphics and brand alignment across all offices
- Support the Marketing Team with design and coordination of all required assets, collateral, and stationery
- Content Collateral Design firm submissions for awards submittals, publications, and newsletter pieces
- Assist with content design and development for website and social media, e.g. creating graphics, video creation and editing
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years related experience in graphic design in a professional office setting
- Post-secondary degree in graphic design, or an equivalent level of experience
- Strong portfolio of work including finished designs; concept drawings/process books a plus
- Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus
