Conceptualize and execute high-quality design projects across various platforms while ensuring cohesive brand representation. Lead and mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful designs that align with business goals
- Conceptualize visually stunning designs for a range of marketing materials, including creating logos and establishing brand standards
- Lead and mentor junior graphic designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate their skills and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
