Principal Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design for the Global Couple & Storefront zone, creating scalable marketplace experiences for couples and vendors. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, AI transformation, and high-quality design execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for the Global Couple & Storefront zone
- Design for marketplace complexity, balancing needs across the ecosystem
- Create scalable, high-quality design solutions across brands, markets, and surfaces
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design Systems, and additional stakeholders
- Support AI transformation efforts
- Drive design execution from problem framing and product strategy through rapid prototyping and delivery-ready specs
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent visual and interaction design craft
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience with marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, or similarly complex ecosystems
