Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile and web products from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineers to iterate on features and evolve the design system to create intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web
- Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features
- Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer owning end-to-end design for digital, user-facing products
- Exceptional visual craft with a strong attention to detail and polish
- Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural
- Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product
- Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them
- Proactive in identifying, defining, and prioritising UX opportunities, using data and insight to drive decisions
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to iterate quickly
