Senior Product Designer

The role involves brainstorming feature concepts and creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes to improve the trading and investing experience. The designer will collaborate with engineers and use data analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs and maintain the design library.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm ideas with stakeholders and help define early feature concepts
- Express design vision via wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and functional prototypes
- Present and explain the rationale behind design decisions
- Collect feedback and quickly iterate
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
- Base design decisions on data and user feedback
- Evolve and maintain the design library
- Drive innovation by integrating new tools and workflows into the design process
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of user-centric design principles and methodologies
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
- Strong diagramming skills
- Proven proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Extensive portfolio that can be shared
