Senior Product Designer
Greenlight Financial Technology 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Bangalore North, India
Lead end-to-end design ownership for product areas, from problem framing to final implementation. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engineering-ready UI designs and maintain design system consistency.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design ownership of product areas in partnership with IDC Product and Engineering
- Own direction and quality of initiatives, including systems-level thinking
- Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components with a high bar for craft
- Raise the bar for design through the quality of work and participation in brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnership
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Address design-related issues or adjustments as needed
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership
- Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff
- Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous environment
- Mobile app experience strongly preferred
- Fintech or consumer product background a plus
- Knowledge and efficiency of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Eye for detail, consistency, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs
