Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX process for an AI-native product, from early research and concept exploration through detailed interaction design, specs, and post-launch iteration
- Define and pioneer interaction patterns for multi-agent AI experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and empathy mapping to understand builder needs and translate insights into design decisions
- Create a wide range of design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready visual designs
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
Benefits
- Base salary range: $137,800 - $186,400 USD annually
