Lead Product Designer - eCommerce

Lead and manage a team of product designers focusing on e-commerce and subscription flows across web and app platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with design execution to drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the e-commerce and subscriptions design team
- Partnering with peers in engineering, product management, and marketing to drive the product strategy forward
- Delivering high-quality design solutions and driving the product strategy forward
- Championing research across teams and planning, managing, and running user research
- Building a vision for the product area and setting the strategy for how designers deliver it
- Creating production-ready design assets and working with engineers to ensure a high-quality experience
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating significant team and personal accomplishments
- Experience leading teams to deliver launched products in an agile way
- Understanding of technologies used to build world-class digital product experiences
- Experience in agile working and sprints, with familiarity with user-acceptance testing (UAT) and accessibility fundamentals
- Experience with prototyping and design tools like Miro, Figma, or Protopie
