Product Designer

The role involves championing exceptional user experience solutions across a suite of SaaS products through user testing, ideation, and the creation of high-quality design artifacts. The designer will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex systems into simple UI concepts and maintain a shared design system.
Responsibilities
- Championing exceptional user experience solutions across Cint's suite of products
- Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs and drive innovation
- Creating high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, storyboards, and design prototypes
- Translating complex systems into tangible, simple UI concepts
- Conducting user tests with customers to validate design solutions
- Documenting design thinking, findings, and proposals, and communicating effectively to product teams and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UX design
- Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools (specifically Figma)
- Experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment
- Strong visual design skills and ability to solve complex user problems
- In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design
