Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for RAMPP trading desk platforms, from problem definition to iteration. This includes conducting user research, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure production-readiness.
Responsibilities
- Own product design end-to-end for trading desk platforms
- Conduct user research and apply findings to design decisions
- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders
- Prototype and explore flows using Figma, coded prototypes, or AI-assisted tools
- Identify UX risks and data presentation issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
