Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for the homepage, navigation, and top-up experiences. They will drive conversion rate improvements through structured experimentation and A/B testing while collaborating with Product Owners and Tech Leads.
Responsibilities
- Shape product direction as an equal stakeholder alongside the Product Owner and Tech Lead
- Own the end-to-end design process for homepage, navigation, and top-up experiences
- Drive conversion rate improvements across key product areas through structured experimentation
- Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate design decisions and uncover actionable insights
- Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences across core buyer and seller flows
Requirements
- Proven ability to own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery
- Strong UI and interaction design skills, supported by a user-focused, data-informed portfolio
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in fast-paced B2C or marketplace environments
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify design opportunities independently
- Experience applying user-centered design principles and conducting research independently
