Lead the end-to-end design of scalable digital banking products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Build and maintain enterprise-level design systems while collaborating with Agile squads to translate business requirements into user-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
- Design for complex BFSI / fintech workflows, particularly within SME banking journeys
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Design Systems at enterprise scale
- Proficiency in designing for iOS, Android, and web/desktop applications
- Strong understanding of end-to-end UX and product design lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile/Squad-based environments
- Background in BFSI / Fintech / Banking domains (mandatory preferred)
