Responsibilities
- Set the design vision across surfaces for Doctolib
- Tackle hardest design problems hands-on, from raising the bar in AI workflows to driving systemic redesigns
- Elevate experiences to be AI-first across interaction patterns, frameworks, and craft guidelines
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to shape multi-quarter design strategy
- Mentor designers and product builders through feedback, design reviews, and direct collaboration
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Product/UX design
- Strong track record as a senior individual contributor at scale
- Deep expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping
- Fluent in leading-edge AI-first design processes and workflows
- Proven track record shipping complex, ambitious products
