Senior UX designer - Skatteverket

Drive the end-to-end UX process for internal digital services, from user insights and analysis to prototypes and final design sketches. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and adhere to accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive UX work throughout the design process
- Create user insights through qualitative and quantitative methods
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design sketches, for example, in Figma
- Conduct usability tests and analyze results
- Work with accessibility and evaluation according to WCAG 2.1 or later
- Contribute to the further development of complex internal digital services and systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within IT, operations, and user groups
- Work with components in design systems and design-driven methods
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, such as interviews, user testing, and analysis tools
- Several years of experience with web accessibility, including compliance and evaluation of WCAG 2.1 or later
- Experience with digital services or systems with complex structures, large amounts of information, and much data
- Current experience with design tools, preferably Figma
- Experience working with components in design systems
- Documented experience with design-driven working methods
- Completed education in UX/interaction design, such as university or college education, or other relevant education
