Senior Product Designer (They/She/He)

The Senior Product Designer will shape the user experience and visual language for the mobile app and website through intuitive interfaces. They will lead the design process from hypothesis to implementation while mentoring junior designers and contributing to the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Shape the user experience and visual language of the mobile app and website
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and effective user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across the team
- Contribute to the development of design standards, documentation, and processes
- Proactively build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role
- Significant experience in Lean UX and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of user experience and interaction principles
- Ability to communicate design decisions and facilitate design processes
- Self-driven and striving for feedback and critique
