The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of the Cialfo platform, turning conceptual ideas into valuable user experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining design systems, conducting user research, and mentoring junior UX designers.
Responsibilities
- Working on product projects as a design expert
- Focusing on delivering the best possible experience for end users
- Working closely with the rest of the Product team (Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers) to turn conceptual ideas and hypotheses into valuable experiences
- Taking the overall product experience to the next level
- Working together with Product Managers & Engineers at every stage of a new release, from concept to code
- Maintaining an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems
- Conducting evaluative user research and usability testing to define the problems & probe feasibility
- Coaching and mentoring of UX Designers in the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Designer role with a proven design experience building tech products (mobile & desktop) from the ground up
- Proven experience solving problems, turning them into easy and dazzling solutions for the customer
- Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows
