UX UI Product Designer

Lead the user experience for AI-enabled digital solutions within the Global Product Compliance Engineering team. This involves conducting user research, designing complex interaction models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement usable regulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate user research activities to understand users’ goals, behaviours, pain points, and regulatory-driven constraints
• Synthesize research findings into user archetypes, journey maps, mental models, and problem statements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to frame design problems and validate assumptions early
• Design how end users interact with AI outputs, insights, and recommendations within regulatory workflows
• Define context scenarios, user stories, and experience narratives that communicate ideal end-to-end user experiences
• Describe system capabilities, functional requirements, and success criteria that support users’ goals and tasks
• Design the overall information architecture, workflows, system behaviors, and interaction patterns across complex products
• Balance usability, accessibility, and regulatory requirements when defining interaction models
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets that clearly communicate design intent and direction
• Plan and conduct evaluative research to test and refine designs
• Incorporate user feedback, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations into iterative design improvements
• Work closely within an Agile/Scrum environment alongside AI/ML engineers, software engineers, product owners, and regulatory subject matter experts

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UX/UI Designer
• Experience designing complex systems or workflows (e.g., enterprise, B2B, internal tools, regulated domains is a strong plus)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers to ensure implementation quality
• Strong communication, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of user centred design principles
• Solid grounding in user-centred design methods, usability principles, and design thinking
• Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products, designing how users interact with intelligent outputs or insights
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent modern design tools) and product analytics tools
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams
