GRAPHIC DESIGNER PART-TIME

Create digital and print creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and in-gym experiences across Southern California locations. Maintain brand consistency while collaborating with marketing, events, and operations teams to execute visual strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design digital creatives for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, website graphics, and event marketing
• Design print materials, including flyers, posters, banners, signage, and event collateral
• Create and adapt creative assets across multiple active marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Resize and adapt assets across multiple formats and platforms
• Edit or modify design assets generated by others
• Prepare print-ready files and assist with print orders & coordination
• Assist with email graphics and basic HTML email formatting
• Follow Sender One’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across locations and campaigns
• Bring creative ideas and fresh visual approaches
• Collaborate with marketing, events, outreach, and operations teams
• Manage revisions and creative updates in a timely manner

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of digital and print design work
• 3+ years of experience creating social, digital ads, and marketing creatives
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines
• Strong design skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Collaborative, responsive, and organized
• Experience with email design and basic HTML formatting is a plus
• Interest in climbing, fitness, wellness, or community brands is a plus

Benefits

• Estimated range: $32–$38/hour, depending on experience and skill set
• Part-time W-2 role
• Estimated 20 hours per week
• Supports multiple Southern California gym locations
