Product Designer (Curriculum Designer)

The role involves designing and building requirements for the New Zealand secondary curriculum for years 11-13. Responsibilities include ensuring quality assurance standards are met and delivering products to a publication level.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all curriculum design requirements and Quality Assurance principles are adhered to
- Providing quality assurance testing of the developed products to ensure they meet the quality standards required
- Working closely with the workstreams within the programme to ensure alignment across the Programme
Requirements
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes in a complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience working in programme/project environments
- Understanding of The New Zealand Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa and Te Whāriki
- Expertise in a senior secondary subject curriculum design
- Commitment to a knowledge-rich curriculum
- Ability to write clearly for a variety of audiences and communicate complex information simply
- Facilitation experience in person and online
