The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating diverse marketing materials and digital assets while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. They will collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and internal stakeholders to manage multiple projects and maintain asset libraries.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics, event signage, web graphics, lab assets & digital assets
- Ensure all creative output adheres to AGAT’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of AGAT’s visual presence
- Work fluently and expertly in Adobe Creative Cloud applications – Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) to support document preparation and communication
- Prepare accurate and technically correct files for print and digital distribution
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain consistency across all design deliverables
- Support marketing team members and internal stakeholders with creative needs
- Accept feedback constructively and incorporate revisions promptly and professionally
- Balance multiple ongoing projects while meeting established deadlines
- Stay organized and accountable in task tracking and communication
- Maintain asset libraries and file organization to support efficient workflows
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook in a business setting
- Experience in Canva is considered an asset
- Experience working with Hubspot is an asset
- Experience with corporate design is an asset
- Strong layout, typography, and design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team
