Staff Product Designer

Lead the design infrastructure and standards as the third product designer, focusing on complex AI-driven workflows and data-dense decision tools. You will establish design systems, conduct field research in hospitals, and mentor the team to scale design operations.
Responsibilities
- Own complex product surfaces that cross pod boundaries
- Set the standards the team adopts for design
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows
- Shape how the design team grows and scales
- Contribute input on who joins the team and how design partners with product and engineering
- Set the pace for how Vitalize uses design systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience with complex, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS products
- Experience with design systems
- Ability to work with AI-driven workflows
- Strong product instincts and ability to question workflow
- Customer-obsessed with an instinct for business outcomes
