Own the end-to-end product design for complex operational interfaces, dashboards, and real-time monitoring systems. Build and evolve a scalable design system while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design experience across multiple operational products
- Design workflow-heavy interfaces optimized for speed, clarity, and usability
- Create dashboards and visualization systems that simplify complex operational data
- Design interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile operational users
- Build and evolve a scalable design system and component library
- Collaborate deeply with stakeholders to understand workflows and operational pain points
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with: operational systems, enterprise platforms, workflow-heavy applications, dashboards, analytics products, or industrial/administrative tooling
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong experience designing: dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, tables, filtering systems, and operational workflows
