Develop and maintain a research roadmap to understand user journeys across AR/VR products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide user-centered insights that inform product strategy and consumer launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized research roadmap aligned with product strategy and business goals
- Scope and lead research initiatives to understand use cases and journeys across multiple AR/VR products
- Plan and execute various research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, field studies, and quantitative analysis
- Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers across Google and external organizations to support consumer launches
- Provide user-centered insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies)
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar
