Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex B2B SaaS product initiatives from discovery to final delivery. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user needs and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for multiple features and mid-to-large-sized product initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs and deliver cohesive solutions
- Produce design artifacts, including concept sketches, wireframes, user flows, and polished high-fidelity designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving and polished execution
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional design projects with ambiguity and competing priorities
