Lead the end-to-end design strategy and execution for the ClassPass Partners platform to improve business engagement. Translate behavioral insights and business objectives into intuitive SaaS product experiences while mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Turn behavioral insights into thoughtful experiences that remove friction, build trust, and deepen engagement
- Own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the ClassPass platform
- Lead and contribute to discovery efforts to uncover insights and opportunities
- Translate business objectives into thoughtful design opportunities
- Mentor and multiply: give incisive feedback, model great critiques, and help lift the team's pace and standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates deep craft and end-to-end product thinking
- Experience designing intuitive, elegant SaaS products
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
