Senior Product Designer (Hybrid)

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to launch, focusing on core product areas and user flows. Build and evolve the Figma design system while partnering with product and engineering teams to create intuitive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key product areas
- Define user problems, map flows, and shape information architecture
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product analytics, and post-launch insights
- Help shape the design practices and conventions that set how design happens at Zipliens
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, well-crafted experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of product/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking
- Deep Figma proficiency
- Solid grasp of UX fundamentals
- Comfortable using product analytics tools to validate design decisions
