Sr. Design Engineering Project Manager - Renewable Energy (Bi-lingual in English/Chinese)

Manage global engineering design projects and cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions within scope, budget, and quality constraints. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide strategic direction on deliverables for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering design projects and global project teams.
• Support the customer relationships.
• Technically capable of developing, managing and delivering medium to high complexity technology projects.
• Provide strategic direction on deliverables adapting to the customer requirements.
• Conduct formal design reviews with customers to ensure design(s) meet customer design requirements.
• Ensure all products and services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and are on time and within budget.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 8+ years of work experience with a significant proportion of that time in product design.
• Project Management experience in product design including budget, schedule, risk mitigation within a Quality Management System.
• Industry experience with projects pertaining to energy storage, power conversion, and/or data center infrastructure preferred.
• Experience working in an agile or scrum environment preferred.
