Graphic Designer Senior

Create and adapt visual assets for digital and print platforms while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform briefs into high-performance visual solutions for campaigns and institutional content.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic pieces for announcements, posts, emails, banners, landing pages, eBooks, commercial presentations, event materials, merchandising, and other digital and printed formats
• Adapt and unfold key visuals, graphic layouts, and visual concepts for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity
• Guarantee that all materials are aligned with the brand's guidelines and branding, acting as a reference and guardian of the visual identity
• Work together with the copywriting, motion, growth, paid media, brand, CRM, sales, CS, partnerships, HR, events, and GTM teams to transform briefs into clear, functional, and business-focused visual solutions
• Update and maintain libraries of visual assets, icons, templates, presentations, and other brand resources to optimize production and ensure consistency

Requirements

• Higher education in Graphic Design or related areas
• Previous experience in an agency
• Mandatory portfolio with design pieces, videos for ads, and digital content
• Spanish as an additional language will be considered a differential
• Availability to support punctual demands related to events, campaigns, and launches
