Product Designer

The Product Designer will create UI mockups and prototypes for the Transpara AI product family while mapping clinical and patient workflows. They will also conduct user research with healthcare professionals and maintain the cross-product design system.
Responsibilities
- Design product experiences
- Map clinical and patient workflows
- Run customer and user research
- Own the design system and visual language
- Bridge design, clinical, and R&D
- Visualize strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Designer/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped product work
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex professional users (B2B, expert tooling, technical or scientific workflows)
- Hands-on user research experience
- Strong visual design craft
- Experience working in or closely with cross-functional R&D teams (software, AI, data science, clinical)
