Lead design for Prodege's Core Product portfolio, focusing on both consumer and business products. Shape the design vision and strategy while mentoring a high-performing design team.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate design vision, principles, and direction across Prodege's consumer product portfolio
- Lead hands-on design on highest-impact initiatives
- Champion user-centered practices including research, usability testing, journey mapping, and iterative prototyping
- Define success metrics for design initiatives in partnership with Product and Data leads
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in Product Design
- 5+ years directly managing product designers
- Experience working on products that incorporate or are moving toward AI-powered features
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership of high craft, complex products from concept through launch
