Lead the end-to-end design of AI product surfaces, focusing on creating intuitive user flows and interaction models for complex AI workflows. Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to prototype, test, and evolve the design system for a proactive AI chat app.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces, from early concept to production
- Designing core user flows that make advanced AI capabilities feel simple, natural, and usable
- Working closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship quickly
- Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
- Rapidly prototyping and iterating on new interaction models, especially for AI-driven experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product or UX designer
- Portfolio spanning web and mobile products
- Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems
- Experience working closely with engineers and product partners in fast-moving environments
