Responsibilities
- Own design for key Truework product areas across borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences
- Use AI-assisted design and development tools to rapidly prototype, validate, and implement lightweight UI changes
- Design for trust and clarity in a sensitive financial domainâprioritizing transparency, error prevention, accessibility, and confidence-building UI patterns
Requirements
- 5â8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and measurable impact
- Comfortable working in complex domains where edge cases matter
- Strong product instincts and ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and timeline realities
