Own the end-to-end strategy and evolution of the design system across web and mobile platforms. Lead the integration of AI-powered workflows and tools to improve design-to-development velocity and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and evolution of BetterUp's design system
- Define and drive AI-powered workflows for design system implementation
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive component library
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Brand teams
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge AI design tools
- Mentor and coach designers on design systems thinking and AI-augmented workflows
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- 3+ years of experience focused on design systems at scale
- Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems across web and mobile platforms
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into design and development workflows
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies
