Junior UI/UX Designer

Manage the end-to-end product design process from user empathy and ideation to final pixel-perfect production. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement innovative features and deliver improvements within a defined scope.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Engineer, and other stakeholders
- Proactively seek and give feedback
- Effectively deliver features and improvements
- Hands-on in end-to-end product design process
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in product design
- A team player who enjoys collaborative design process
- Deep empathy and interest in keeping customersā point of view
- Good understanding of design process and usage of data
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
