The role involves crafting intuitive user experiences across multiple apps and platforms by translating requirements into wireframes and prototypes. The designer will conduct user research and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure brand consistency and user advocacy.

- Conduct user research, build personas, and map customer journeys
- Own and shape the user experience across multiple apps and platforms
- Advocate for users at every stage of product development, using data, research, and analytics to guide decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio that goes beyond visuals—showcasing strategic thinking, UX research, and complete product design journeys
- Proven experience designing mobile applications
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics apps is a strong plus
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma or Sketch)
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility best practices, and data-driven design
- Ability to balance business needs with user experience to create impactful solutions
